New NEC Members of FECOFUN (2010-2014)

Federations of Community Forestry Users’ Nepal (FECOFUN) successfully convened its Fourth General Assembly from June 8 – 10, 2010 in Rastriya Sabha Griha, Kathmandu, Nepal. The opening session was inaugurated by Hon. President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav amidst presence of about 600 community forestry representatives from all over the country. The three-day convention was conduted in a most democratic and inclusive way leading to selection of 66 representatives out of 77 who became members of National Executive Committee. Guided by FECOFUN norms, 50% among this are women.
